The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the USA or Canada and excludes any action for a claim in the USA or Canada.
The firms activities are governed by the code of ethics of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, details of which can be found at www.icaew.com/membershandbook Section 3. If you remain dissatisfied after Rice & Co has considered your complaint, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
